Broken Back Is Refreshing as Ever on ‘Young Love’ [VIDEO]

For someone who listens to as much music as I do, it is always the weird, original, left-of-center tunes that most strike my interest.  Recently I was blessed with a new tune from French singer/songwriter/producer Broken Back and it immediately stood out in my overflowing inbox of straight forward, somewhat cookie cutter releases.

Serving as his first solo release since 2017, “Young Love”, is the follow up to his recent collaboration, “Wonders”, with fellow French mainstay Klingande.  The new offering brings an undeniable vibe with a bit of Latin flavor thanks to playful guitar rhythms and energetic percussion.  With Broken Back’s vulnerable vocals and playful lyrics leading the charge the dynamic new tune brings enough emotion to make you feel and just the right amount of groove to get you moving.  About the release he says, “Young Love’, is an invitation to silliness, to let go of the little crazy animal that whisper into our ear. Madness is never far, and some recklessness, a little bit of fun is the best medicine. With the single original released on Ultra Music, it is the official video that brings us here today.  As cinematic as it is hilarious, the new visuals are light hearted and totally fun, allowing the viewer to let go and give into the the beauty of it all.  Beyond the music, it seems that Broken Back is full of personality – and this tune and video make that nearly impossible to deny.  Even if this jam is not for you, I have no doubt the video will leave you wanting more from Broken Back.  There are enough people being way too serious – this one from Broken Back is as refreshing as it gets.
