Picture This Taking Off On Tour of North America [VIDEO]

Seemingly out of nowhere, Irish Alt-Pop group Picture This burst onto the scene in 2017 with the release of their self-titled debut album.  Having just formed and released their first body of work, I’m not sure anyone quite expected things to take off the way they did.  Their record quickly shot up to the top of the charts in Ireland, landing at #1 and holding that slot for four weeks while also topping the top of the streaming charts for 7 weeks straight.

The album which has now gone triple platinum in Ireland launched the group into the limelight, helping them to hold down the title as the Biggest Selling Irish Act in both 2017 and 2018 and lead to extensive touring around Ireland and the UK – even performing on their first arena tour and closing the tour with a sold out show for 35000 fans.  Now ready to keep their streak going, Picture This have recently released their sophomore album, including the track, “One Drink”, which was the first stand out tune I heard from them late last year. The new project, “MDRN LV”, is a 12-track gem that proves to old fans and new listeners that Picture This is here to stay.  With their undeniable knack for creating memorable and timeless tunes, Picture This is seemingly doing everything right – but it all starts with the music.  After teaming up with super producer Jayson Dezuzio in 2018, Picture This seem to have really hiked their sound and together they have created an absolutely stand out project that will without a doubt help continue the groups rise.  With the new release bubbling and Picture This riding high, they are now preparing to head across the pond for their debut North American tour.  Running from April 22 through May 18, I have no doubt Picture This are going to turn some major heads when they hit stages across the country.  Do yourself a favor and check them out if you get the chance.  Tickets are available online.
