BRKN BLVD Teams Up with DEVADO and ColorMind for New Single "One Last Time"

RockDafuqOut Records label head Brian Delaney is back once again as BRKN BLVD with new single, “One Last Time.”  Written back in 2021 during a time of uncertainty, while he and his wife were contemplating going their separate ways, “One Last Time,” is potentially BRKN BLVD’s most personal and vulnerable release to date.  Alongside frequent collaborator/producer ColorMind and buzzing Germany-based artist DEVADO, the trio delivers a moody, energetic, sauced-up bop that is as fun as it is sad.  Rich, bright, percussive, and dynamic production coupled with BRKN BLVD’s soul-shaking lyrics and DEVADO’s pristine and powerful vocals ensure that, “One Last Time,” fires on all cylinders from beginning to end.  Let it rock in the background to catch a vibe, but listen close if you feel like crying or texting your ex.

About the record, BRKN BLVD says, “Since the day I wrote this song, it has been fucking me up.  While my wife and I have made it through the storm, the lyrics on this one certainly came from the heart and speak directly to how I was feeling at the time.  Love it tough.  Sometimes love isn’t enough.  When I wrote this, I was almost certain the end was near and that was an outcome I had never considered and was surely not ready to accept.  While the lyrics are a bit depressing, this tune still BANGS thanks to the fire performance from DEVADO and always-slick production from my secret weapon ColorMind.”

Speaking on her contribution to the new single, DEVADO says, “Living in Germany as a half-American, it has been a long time goal and dream of mine to collab with artists from the US! BRKN BLVD hit me up a few months ago via Instagram and asked me if I´d like to hop on one of his tracks. Who would have known, that working on a song with someone you´ve never met in person on the other side of the world could sound this good! Adding my two cents to this smash with a verse, including a little beatboxing and vocal layers, felt like the perfect match with our voices combined. This song for sure has found a special place in my heart!”
