After sometime performing under the name LIV, Cleveland born Nashville based Pop artist Liv Miraldi has recently relaunched under her real name and is ready to re-show the masses what she is made of. With the new name, comes a new sound – and I am way into it.
Following on the heels of a massive EDM collaboration with Ken Loi last year for his song, “Hollow”, Liv Miraldi has already had a fair deal of success. Most recently she has released her new tune, “Chromatic”, and I have had it in heavy rotation. Over a minimal, bouncy, sexy, synth driven production Liv Miraldi brings her signature blend of Pop and R&B, delivering a somewhat haunting yet totally seductive performance.
A laid back swag, incredibly catchy toplines, playful lyrics and a seductive tone all make sure that Liv Miraldi has the listener hanging onto every word. Behind the vocals the production sways, with interesting embellishments, subtle melodies, bright percussion that help to bring us into a dreamy, sensual, bubbly world. I can only hope she has found her sound… and that this is it… this is a jam.
