R E D E M P T I O N Vol. 1, Pt. 2 is a collaboration between Grammy Nominated composer + producer, Jorge Milliano and A N T I T H E S I S (aka Georgii Speakman and Phillip Lewis). Milliano has re-produced four records from A N T I T H E S I S’ second piano album, R E D E M P T I O N Vol. 1, Pt. 1, which is a story about being saved from sin, error or evil. The album explores concepts of regaining possession, freedom, and journeys us through, dichotomous notions and themes around what it means to redeem, or be redeemed.
Jorge was recently awarded a Grammy Nomination as a composer (at the 62nd Annual Grammy Awards) for co-writing in Maluma’s 5x (RIAA) Multi-Platinum Album, “11:11” (Best Latin Pop Album); for “Extrañandote”, feat. Zion & Lennox. Milliano is also responsible for Ivy Queen ‘s newly anticipated album, expected to release later this year.
In 2020, Jorge and legendary reggaeton duo, Zion & Lennox teamed up to release album lead single #MujerSatisfecha, which means “Satisfied Woman”. Milliano and Zion & Lennox are currently working on a new project together.
In 2019, Milliano kicked the year off with a seven record EP with Carlitos Rossy, #DolceVita. The two collaborated to bring a fusion of melodies with a delicious tropical sound. Later, Milliano released #DosaGes – a lo-fi beats EP, which has achieved 15M+ streams to date.
Milliano, after working on big productions with artists, such as the legendary Ivy Queen, Tego Calderon, Don Omar, and Jowell & Randy (to name a few), Milliano released #FusionKings (2018), which is an album infused with multiple Latin Urban genres, including reggae-dancehall influences.
A N T I T H E S I S is a piano project by Georgii Speakman and Grammy nominated producer, Phillip Lewis that focuses on thematic content and storytelling. The name A N T I T H E S I S is inspired by concepts of dichotomy, relativity, polarity and yin, and yang. In every God given moment in life, the universe in totality has existing opposites. There are themes of antithesis throughout everything we do, think and experience. It’s all about perspective.
A N T I T H E S I S first release, A N T I T H E S I S Vol. 1, Pt. 1 was playlisted on Apple Music’s Classical AM, Classical Edge, Classical Sleep, Classical Commute and Relaxing Classical.
In collaboration with BluntOne, OUT.LI.ER Records released a lo-fi beats album, A N T I T H E S I S Vol. 1, Pt. 2, which was playlisted on Spotify’s Not Quite Classical and Lo-Fi Beats.
A N T I T H E S I S and BluntOne then collaborated w/ AWON, releasing A N T I T H E S I S Vol. 1, Pt. 3 – a classic old school hip hop album w/ strong lyricism and flow.
