Sharing the sentiment behind the track, Stephn says: “The song is with Babby, a spiritual jazz composer. —-I wrote this song almost 2 years ago now while battling depression and trying to take my power & energy back from things that had suppressed me for the longest. It was written as a reminder to always allow myself feel and express everything because I finally recognized how important my voice was. Babby’s sound has always touched me spiritually and I felt It was important to have him on this song specifically and when I sent it to him, he was more than inspired to record with me.”
